We’re excited for our upcoming Pickleball Tournament at Wasserman Park in Merrimack on Friday, October 17th! To make the day a success, we need volunteers to help with setup, food, raffles, and more. If you’re available, we’d love to have your support.
Here are the opportunities:

Setup Crew | 7:00 – 8:00 AM
Help set up tents, tables, and chairs before the event kicks off. -
Raffle Table | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We need 2 volunteers to staff the raffle table for the duration of the event. -
Food & Refreshments Table | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We need 2 volunteers to help with coffee, water, and morning snacks, as well as serving lunch around 11 AM. -
Coffee Prep Volunteer (before the event) Ideally, this would be one of the Setup, Raffle, or Food volunteers for the first shift.
We’d love one volunteer to brew coffee early that morning using our Mr. Coffee machines and carafes, then bring it to Wasserman Park for setup. We’ll provide the coffee, filters, cups, and all supplies. -
Take Down Crew | Afternoon
Help us break down tents, tables, and chairs once the tournament wraps up.
Your help will keep the tournament running smoothly and ensure our players and guests have a great experience.
