United Way of Greater Nashua is working on a project to say thank you to our Nashua School Heroes and we're looking for volunteers to write Thank You cards for them. We'd love your help thanking our teachers, school secretaires, paraprofessionals, coaches, food service and custodial staff, administrators, school nurses, and all the other school staff who work tirelessly to support our students.
We're inviting volunteers to take a pack of 33 cards home with them and write a note thanking the staff at our schools. Some hints about what to write are to talk about why their work is so important, how a school staff member impacted you or your family, and thank them for their deciation to serving our students.
Kids are encouraged to participate and may draw a picture instead of writing a note!
Packs of cards may be picked up at the United Way office at 20 Broad Street on weekdays beteween 9am and 3pm and should be returned by no later than 3pm on March 3rd.
