United Way of Greater Nashua volunteers will be asking customers at grocery and convenience stores around the Greater Nashua area to consider purchasing extra food and supplies on Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th to donate to our Community-Wide Food Drive.
The drive will take place on June 4th and 5th from 10am to 2pm. Donations will be divided among food pantries and soup kitchens serving the towns of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, and Wilton.
60 volunteers are needed for this project which will take place at nearly 15 area grocery and convenience stores. Volunteers may register as individuals or teams of up to 6 people. Teams from companies, clubs, faith communities, and families are encouraged to participate.
Children under 15 should be accompanied by an adult.
