Digital Navigators offer digital literacy training and support, helping individuals understand and use technology such as smartphones, computers, and the internet. They also address continuous tech support needs such as dealing with broken devices, spyware, lost passwords, and operating system updates.
Digital navigators assist with connectivity issues, aiding individuals in accessing affordable internet services and figuring out how connect their devices to the internet.
They provide individualized support tailored to the person's needs, from setting up devices to applying for jobs or services online. The role of Digital Navigators is teaching and empowering others.
Volunteers for this project will be assigned to a location within Greater Nashua (based on their preference) to be available for one-on-one assistance at a set time.
