The Collaborative is a multi-disciplinary initiative fixing barriers and improving behavioral health outcomes for children, youth and their families in New Hampshire. The Collaborative represents the largest ever collaboration of New Hampshire child and family organizations and more than 50 agencies focused on mental health and substance use disorders for children, youth and families. The goal of the Collaborative was to develop and implement a plan that would transform the current delivery system.
In March 2013, the Collaborative released the NH Children’s Behavioral Health Plan. They believe that efforts to improve care must be done together, across the public and private sectors and that the future prosperity of New Hampshire depends on our ability to foster the health and well-being of the next generation of citizens.
