St. Joseph Hospital

At St. Joseph Hospital, our Mission is to provide healing care for the whole person in service to all in our communities, which is why offering a healing presence and guidance to support the well-being of patients, their families and health care staff is very important to us. The entire Mission team wholeheartedly believes an integral part of care is meeting the spiritual and religious needs of our patients regardless of their beliefs, traditions or spirituality. We offer patients appropriate prayer, comfort and support to help facilitate healing, recovery and peace.

The Department of Volunteer Services has been established to provide desirable services supplemental to essential services which add an extra dimension of care and services to our patients, families, and visitors.

Volunteer Requirments:

1. St. Joseph's Volunteer application and 2 references  

2. Covid and Flu vaccinations required

2. Background and Health check prior to starting

3. Each Volunteer is asked to volunteer at least 1x a week for 3 hours for at least a 6-month commitment.
