Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity

Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity's (GNHFH) mission is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing in the southern New Hampshire towns we serve. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that works to strengthen families and communities through affordable homeownership opportunities.

Qualified families are given a hand up (not a hand out). Habitat home buyers earn the homes they build through sweat equity and by repaying affordable mortgages as well as paying city/town property taxes and homeowner insurance premiums. Habitat is committed to developing and uplifting families and communities in addition to constructing houses. In the spring of 2023, we will begin construction on our 16th habitat home. Besides building new homes, we provide Critical Home Repairs for existing homeowners.
