Our mission statement is as follows: “Opportunity Networks Inc. is committed to providing genuine vocational opportunities and activities that promote life enhancing skills to adults with developmental and acquired disabilities in the Greater Nashua, Souhegan Valley, and Monadnock community. We strive to provide meaningful work in a safe, community-based environment, working towards individual growth and fulfillment.” Our focus is on providing not only employment opportunities, but also life skill activities for individuals with all levels of disability. We focus on the whole person striving to allow each individual to reach their fullest potential.

At Opportunity Networks, we aim to support adults with disabilities as well as work with members of the community to create partnerships that are beneficial for everyone. We hope to bring out the strengths and best qualities of each program participant so that they can be integrated within their community in a meaningful way. We pride ourselves in doing what is right in order to achieve participant success. The clients we support live with disabilities such as Downs Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, MR, Traumatic Brain Injuries and the Deaf Community. Opportunity Networks is uniquely different in that we recognize the importance of understanding each program participant. We discover what participants are interested in so they can share that passion with others, establish new connections, and interact socially with those who share the same interests. Individuality in program creation is priority and our value rests on our relentless pursuit of what will provide our participants the most effective programming. The past year our agency provided services to 161 disabled individuals ranging in age from 18 to 75 from twenty-four towns. This includes day programming for 121 individuals, a 26% increase in our participation from the previous year. Our Vocational Rehabilitation team assisted 40 individuals in securing employment during our 2016 fiscal year.
