Xavier House / The Caleb group

The Caleb Group provides secure homes and builds stable communities that offer diverse populations the tools and resources to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives

Xavier House is a community of 34 units of affordable housing for elderly people and people with disabilities. The building was originally a beautiful old stone parochial school, and was converted into apartments. Managed by The Caleb Group since 1990, Xavier House was acquired in 2012. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in linking residents to the services they need within the community.
