Become an On-Call Digital Navigator!
We’re looking for volunteers who are comfortable with everyday technology and want to help community members build confidence with their devices. As an on-call Digital Navigator, you’ll meet clients in public locations (such as libraries or community centers) to answer common tech questions—like how to recover a password, transfer photos, or navigate apps.
Here’s how it works:

You’ll know the possible locations in advance and choose the ones convenient for you.

A volunteer scheduler will set appointments and connect you with clients—you’ll get a few days’ notice before any sessions.

We’ll provide training to prepare you for working one-on-one with clients.

Most questions are simple and focused on everyday tech use.
