COVID has been tough on our healthcare heroes... Their work is high-risk, the emotional strain for themselves and their family is very taxing and they are working with people who are confused and scared.
We are asking the community to write letters of encouragement along with messages of joy and cheer at this holiday season. Volunteers can pick up a pack of 25 holiday cards at the United Way office at 20 Broad Street in Nashua starting from noon on Wednesday December 16th and are asked to please return them on Wednesday December 23rd by 4:00pm and may be dropped off on weekdays between 11am and 4pm.
Your words of encouragement will brighten spirits and keep our healthcare workers going knowing they are remembered and appreciated.
If you'd like to take part, please sign up here.
Completed cards should be returned to the office no later than 4pm on Wednesday, December 23rd.
