We collect donated furniture and deliver to previously unhoused families. Our clients are referred to us by various agencies including, NSKS, St Patrick's Church, Nashua, Bridges, SHARE, Families in Transition, Front Door, Greater Nashua Mental Health, Stepping Stones, PATH, etc.
We seem to have plenty of furniture donations but as we are growing (from3-4 clients per month to 13 in June and 13 in Sept., we are in short supply of moving help. We need strong individuals that can carry the other half of a couch or kitchen table up stairs.
We also are in need of people with trucks that can pull our trailer.
We could also use cash donations to purchase kitchen and bath goods starter kits. Checks can be written to CCA with Home Starter in the Memo line.
